I
never realized just how easy it
was to get rid of my unwanted fat.

straight out of the window.
When

your conscious mind controls your willpower. Between imagination and
willpower, willpower doesn't stand a chance of winning.
Without realizing it, you have programmed your subconscious to enjoy the
foods that are your particular diet breaker.
To
get rid of your unwanted weight and keep it off, you need to 'talk'
to your subconscious and give it a new set of ideas about the type of
food you want to eat long-term.
